The specialty polyester filament yarns available have a very broad range including cationic dyeable yarn, discat (disperse+cationic combination) yarn, spandex air covered yarn (PET covering, PA6 covering available), PET/PA6 bi-component yarn (sea island type and segment pie type available), Thin&Thick yarn, cotton like yarn, linen like yarn, wool like yarn, slub yarn, mechanical stretch yarn, ATY (air jet textured yarn). All products are widely applied in apparel fabric and furnishing fabric etc.

 

The company is equipped with various first class texturing machines from TMT, Barmag, Murata, AIKI, Hongyuan etc. Relying on the machinery variety and strong technical team, the company demonstrates huge capabilities of development and production of specialty polyester yarns in the market.

 

The company builds up complete production management system after years of large-scale production practices. It starts from raw materials quality inspection, all spindles on line tension monitoring, periodic machinery maintenance, ending at 100% yarn packages dyeing and checking before packing. The company passed the auditing of ISO organization and gained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates in January 2016.

 

At present, the total assets of the company reach Rmb300 million (approx. US$45.5 million), annual full production capacity is 50K tons, the employees total is approx. 400. Sales revenue in 2015 fiscal year
