In its blue print, Lixin is to build 300K tons annual polymerization capacity, continuous polymer spinning and chips spinning, and 100 DTY machines in two partial stages. And the total investment is Rmb3 billion (approx. US$450 million).

 

100K tons annual capacity of cationic polymerization and continuous polymer spinning cationic POY/FDY, 60K tons chips spinning for bi-component yarns（PET/PA6, PTT/PET） and 50 DTY machines need be finished in the first stage.

 

All key equipment of 4 reactors cationic polymerization unit with 100K ton annual capacity are imported from Germany, USA and Japan. The full set of cationic polymerization process package is imported form Taiwan.

 

The polymer melt conveyance units and polymer pumps are imported from 

Swiss Sulzer. All winders are WINGS systems from Oerlikon Barmag and ORCA systems from TMT.

 

Benefiting from the world class equipment and advanced technology process, cationic POY/FDY from our production perform better in unwinding and further texturing and weaving. And our cationic yarns have a higher tenacity and can achieve more vivid and deeper shade after dyeing.
